C-ompetition

We're giving fans of C-Front, new and old, the chance to win one of our limited edition screen prints.

To enter: like us / share this on facebook, or retweet & follow us on twitter. Basically the standard social media generic competition format to catch some more C-monsters. The lucky winner can choose one of the below Impossible Love editions. We'll pick the name out of a lucky hat and announce the winners name on Monday May 7th. Good luck.

New Print 'A Heavy Heart'

We previewed this a while back and after a bit of too-ing and fro-ing, we decided to keep it simple.
It's available here as a 297x400mm print on archival 200gsm.

The print looks as it does below, unfortunately the view out of the window has changed to a horrible shade of grey.

What's in the tin?

Don't you love it when you're walking down the street, spot a box in a shop doorway that says 'Everything inside 50p', look in the box and find an old festive tin, look in the tin and find a load of haberdashery. Buy the tin and contents for 50p. Go to the cafe where you were originally heading, sit down for breakfast and explore the contents of the tin to discover an array of amazing labeling and typography.

Racey Posters

This week we were lucky enough to accompany the Corbridge Superbike School on their annual track day, which this year took place at Oulton Park Race Circuit. As well as getting to witness some high speed action on the track we spotted these vintage race posters around the venue. We only had our phones with us so here are some incredibly poor quality images of some incredibly high quality examples of 60s racing poster design. Enjoy.

Roll Up, Roll Up

Whilst we were watching the terrible 'up-cycling' on the apprentice last night, we spotted something familiar.

For a split second they showed our very own Circus Reco poster. We couldn't catch the location but ours is from Sunny High Wycombe.

Luckily, they didn't get their hands on it.

Let's get ready to rumble

Saw this wrestling poster the other day, from back when wrestlers were big dudes in swimming costumes.
Didn't buy it.
Wish we did.

This little piggy

A close relative of C-Front was celebrating their birthday this weekend. As he's an ex pig owner and has an array of livestock, we thought he would appreciate this home made card created using an old promotional notebook.

He didn't.

Experimenting

We've been playing in the sand pit.
